This protocol governs the architecture and deployment of autonomous systems provided by Anthill AI. By initializing an engagement, you agree to these operational standards.
Service Scope
Anthill AI provides autonomous workflow architecture. Our services are provided 'as-is,' designed to augment and automate business logic based on strict parameters defined during the audit phase.
Intellectual Property
Clients retain full ownership of their data and specific outputs. Anthill AI retains ownership of the proprietary 'Ant' logic, custom prompts, and autonomous architectures developed during the engagement.
Acceptable Use
Our autonomous agents must not be used for illegal activities, spam generation, or the creation of harmful content. Breach of this protocol results in immediate termination of the service 'nest'.
Liability Limits
While our systems are built with fail-safes, Anthill AI is not liable for indirect damages arising from autonomous decision-making. Human-in-the-loop oversight is recommended for critical nodes.
Payment & Engagement
Service fees are determined by the complexity of the autonomous architecture and the volume of agentic execution.
Failure to maintain active billing will result in the suspension of all active 'Ant' workflows. Re-activation may incur a system re-deployment fee.
Termination of Service
Either party may terminate the engagement with 30 days' notice. Upon termination, Anthill AI will provide a structured data export of your workflow logs. Note that proprietary agentic code (the "Engine") remains the intellectual property of Anthill AI and will not be transferred.
Warranties & Disclaimers
Anthill AI makes no warranty that autonomous workflows will be error-free 100% of the time, as they rely on third-party LLM APIs (OpenAI/Anthropic). We guarantee architecture quality and uptime, but generative results are subject to the probabilistic nature of AI.
